Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns / Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions

  • Must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • A full unboxing video from start to end is mandatory.

  • Product must be unused and returned with original packaging.

Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Custom-made idols

  • Personalized orders

  • Pichwai artworks

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Claims without unboxing video

Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard products: cancellable within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.
